When you install and use the Decq Creativ App through Shopify, we may collect and process the following information:

From Merchants:

  • Store details: store name, email address, store domain

  • Shopify access scopes and API tokens

  • App usage logs and preferences

From Merchant Stores (if applicable):

  • Customer information (e.g., name, email, address)

  • Order details (e.g., order ID, cart contents, totals)

  • Product information (e.g., titles, variants, SKUs)

We only access the data necessary to provide the app’s features as defined by the permissions you grant us.

  • Upon app uninstallation, we automatically delete all store-related data from our systems within 48 hours, in compliance with Shopify’s Data Deletion Policy.
